Legal Notice:

Folio and Folio Group are the official trading names of the various constituent companies within the Folio Group.

We provide legal services in relation to the laws of the British Virgin Islands through Folio Legal Limited. We do not provide legal, tax, or other advice in respect of any other jurisdiction.

We provide fund administration services through Folio Funds Limited and hold a category 6 licence issued by the BVI Financial Services Commission under the Securities and Investment Business Act.

We provide corporate and fiduciary services through Folio Trust Limited and hold a Class I licence issued by the BVI Financial Services Commission under the Banks and Trust Companies Act.

Our standard terms and conditions of engagement, which apply to all work carried out in the absence of an alternative written agreement, are available at request.
